Laptop Function (Fn) key

Sometimes is Function (Fn) key constanly on. Problem is how to swith it off.
Hold the Ctrl and Fn key down together and press also the Ins (Num LK) key ([Num] [Fn] and [Ctrl]). This should revert the keys back as normal.
